Tip 2: Code Review Tools... to be a team.

I finally realize that what I want is to add this tool into our team, to make it a kinda real team.

And some things may be easier to implement:

1. Business Level (programmer manager);

2. Technical Level (Public common module/ code programmer);

3. Test & Technical Support;

4. Document & Training.
