3. Tooth plate

4. Toggle plate and toggle plate seat

5. Connecting rod

a. section strength is not enough, structural design flaws and stress concentration.

b. seriously overload: there are certain quotas of feeding and discharging for iron alloy crusher, for example, Henan Shenjia imported crusher required the material of thickness about 50-70MM and should be feed in batches, however, when they operating, also influenced by the cast iron alloy thickness and sometimes the metal thickness is too large, forms the overload, which resulting in damage to the connecting rod. Based on the above analysis and the problems, our design of the connecting rod has been improved in structure to avoid the same shortage of imported crusher, while the selection of material for rod is also better than imported. Thus it has higher strength and more reasonable structure to meet requirements in various occasions.

6. Movable jaw

Our machine structure has been improved, also the material selection is professional, while the imported crusher found cracked in movable jaw’s lower section in 1994. In addition to serious overloading, the structural design itself is also with problem.

7. Tooth plate

The domestic tooth plate’s life-span equals to or even exceeded foreign plates. It’s of stable quality, good durability, while price is only 1 / 5 of the imported ones.
