Enchant me

1.Delight me in surprising ways 小惊喜的方式使用户感到高兴

2.Real objects are more fun than buttons and menus 使用真实的事物代替按钮和菜单

3.Let me make it mine 自我定制

4.Get to know me 了解用户的意图(如用户输入后提示)

Simplify My Life

1.Keep it brief 简洁(提示语)

2.Pictures are faster than words 图片比文字更快速认知

3.Decide for me but let me have the final say 替用户做出其他选择但是让用户最终确定

4.Only show what I need when I need it 只展示用户需要的东西(隐藏不需要的东西)

5.I should always know where I am 让用户知道他操作在哪里(从哪里跳转来的)

6.Never lose my stuff 不要丢弃用户的设置

7.If it looks the same, it should act the same 展示相似的 操作方式也相似

8.Only interrupt me if it's important 重要的事情才打断用户操作

Make Me Amazing

1.Give me tricks that work everywhere 给用户操作技巧(如通过引导)

2.It's not my fault 不是我的错误(提示用户如何修正错误)

3.Sprinkle encouragement 少量鼓励(每次动作给用户反馈)

4.Do the heavy lifting for me 给用户做繁重的事情

5.Make important things fast 分清主次
