编译MVC解决方案老出现这个问题的原因

其实就是想搭一个MVC WEBAPI的项目 然后进行过程中就发现编译过程中的一些问题 按照网上的方法也改了还是出现上面的问题 

然后就是比对各个配置 看是否有差异

没想到在最后一个不引人注意的地方 

我改回成默认的bin目录 结果就编译过去了 

目前发现设到其他目录都不行 不知道具体原因 暂时记录一下此情况。
