#sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

将文件里的内容全部删除，当然之前也可以用sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.bak命令的方式进行备份，以备不时之需。然后将下列的内容粘贴进gedit后保存即可。

（注：只复制粘贴所有deb开头的行。细心的读者会发现源sources.list文件中有以许多#开头的行，这个#意味这此行为注释行，不起作用，剩余的 deb的行才是真正的源）

保存后输入下面的指令刷新源信息：

#sudo apt-get update

然后输入：

#sudo apt-get upgrade

就可以进行系统升级了。
