NET Framework 3.0 (WinFX) RTM发布

说是3.0，其实改变不是很大，叫个2.5也就差不多……

RTM包括：

1. Windows Presentation Foundation
2. Windows Communication Foundation
3. Windows Workflow Foundation
4. Windows CardSpace

下载：

1. Download the quick installer
2. Download the full x86 redistributable
3. Download the full x64 redistributable
