about report

suddenly , it turns out to be that we handle with works just as to make a nice weekly-report. But as known, weekly-report is a written summary about what you have done in the past week. but it changes now, maybe just for someone like me.

about the weekly-report, there are some personal experience to be shared.

1stly, i dont like the report, only till the end, sometimes the night of sunday of the next morning,  would i submit my part. sometime later, there is some sense of urgency that i should do it early, so i make it about two days before the endline. another somedays later, i think about what to write in my report so as to make it looks nice at the beginning of the week. you can called the pre-designed report. the so called pre-designed is because it's planned handbefore. and it creates a false apearance that we work because of report. so you can see that the weekly-report is a loop-affected. after all , it's quite useful. everyone should write the report with his heart.
