优先级：（括号）> not > and > or

x or y x为非零，则返回x

int----> bool 非零转换bool TRUE    0转换成bool是 False

print(bool(2)) #true
print(bool(-2))#true
print(bool(0))#false
#bool------>int
4 print(int(True))#1
5 print(int(False))#0

x or y x为true，则返回 x
1 print(1 or 2) #1
2 print(3 or 2) #3
3 print(0 or 100) #100
x and y  ,x true,则返回 y
>>> 2>1 or 6
True
>>> 5<4 or 3
3
>>> 0 and 3>1
0
>>> 2>1 and 3
3
>>> 3>1 and 0
