本文介绍了一种在JavaScript中实现的时间与时间戳互相转换的方法，兼容IE8浏览器。包括将当前时间转换为时间戳、时间格式字符串转换为时间戳及时间戳转换为日期格式。

时间与时间戳的格式相互转换（转换主要兼容ie8，ie8不支持new Date()）
