本文详细记录了在使用Maven进行项目编译时遇到的CoreException问题，具体表现为无法获取compilerId参数值，及插件或其依赖项解析失败的情况。问题的核心在于部分依赖如com.google.code.findbugs:jsr305未能成功下载。通过强制更新Maven项目，重新下载依赖，最终解决了此问题。
