【软件项目管理】作业一：a project I finished

I want to describe a painting project I finished recently. Last week I decided to draw a painting for my family which contains all my family members.

Initial objectives: finishing a painting in a week and send it to my family.

Planned starting date: 2016.2.24

Planned ending date: 2016.2.29

Actual starting date: 2016.2.24

Actual sending date: 2016.3.1

Resources: pencil, eraser, paper, computer

Outcome: I only drew my parents in the painting.

Comparisons: Only tow family members I painted but the initial objective is to draw the whole family.
