xcode how to fix the libc++abi.dylib: terminating with uncaught exception of type NSException (lldb)

Well first, you need to jump into the view controller scene, in the view controller click the right button and notice the exclamation point,  now use your wisdom to remove it ....

I am using OS Sierra 10.12.6 and the latest version of xcode.
