博客主要讲述了Idea运行项目时出现端口被占用的报错情况。原因是端口8099被占用，解决方法为通过Windows命令行，先使用netstat -ano | findstr 8099查看端口占用情况，再用taskkill /F /PID 3016终止对应进程，最后重新运行项目。

idea 运行项目时报错:

原因:

端口被占用

解决方法：

1.windows+r ，输入cmd，打开命令行窗口

 2.输入命令，

        1）netstat -ano | findstr 8099         查看端口是否被占用

        2）taskkill /F /PID 3016              终止对应PID的进程

3.重新运行项目

其实本身我用的集成环境PHPstudy好好的，80端口突然不能使用了，关闭了IIS还是没用，回想在此期间新安装的软件，一般只有微软出的才能是System，能让系统占用80端口的，也只能有 SQL Server 2008 了。80端口一般被当做网页服务器的默认端口，使用本机搭建服务器环境的时候，都会默认使用80端口来作为网页访问端，但是有的时候80端口会被其他的不明身份的程序占用，导致 Apache 启动失败，修改 Apache 的默认端口后访问本机地址又非常麻烦。方法二：找出占用的进程，取消占用。

这样springboot tomcat将会使用8000端口 从而不会造成端口冲突。输入如下（不一定要8000端口，只要是空闲的端口都可）继续输入cmd命令 查看占用端口的进程号。从图中红圈可以看出 进程为 8456。大致意思是我们要使用的端口已被占用。重新启动springboot应用。重新启动springboot。使用cmd命令将此进程终止。项目是发现端口被占用。打开cmd 输入命令。
