By default, the project file is

/opt/quuppa/PE

Backup old files

# Goto folder of QPE project files
cd /opt/quuppa/PE
# List files
ls -la
# Backup old files
tar cvzf old.tar.gz *
# Copy new files from /tmp to current folder
cp /tmp/new.tar.gz .
# Untar
tar xvzf new.tar.gz
