下载安装Mini Anaconda，配置环境变量

配置镜像

查看当前conda配置

conda config --show channels

增加channel

conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud//pytorch/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/conda-forge/

创建虚拟环境

创建虚拟环境的好处是，可以同时存在多个python版本，以方便更多环境的测试。

//默认创建c盘
conda create -n python311 python=3.11.0
//指定创建地址
conda create --prefix D:/project/python/envs/python311 python=3.11

激活虚拟环境

conda activate D:/project/python/envs/python311

安装TensorFlow

pip install tensorflow

安装开发工具 PyCharm

安装完成后，创建项目，关联虚拟环境
