第一步下载基础包

wget -c https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/aosp-monthly/aosp-latest.tar

第二步解压基础包

tar xvf aosp-latest.tar

第三部切换到root用户并且更新

su root
cd 到解压的源码目录的aosp目录
mkdir ~/bin
PATH=~/bin:$PATH
curl https://storage.googleapis.com/git-repo-downloads/repo > ~/bin/repo
chmod a+x ~/bin/repo
vim ~/bin/repo
改
REPO_URL = 'https://gerrit.googlesource.com/git-repo'
为 
REPO_URL = 'https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/git/git-repo/'
repo sync -j4

如果error: .repo/manifests/: contains uncommitted changes

cd .repo/manifests
rm -rf *
git pull
cd ..
cd ..
repo sync -j8
