ds.ReadXml(basepath + @"\config.xml"); //读取xml文件
label1.Text = ds.Tables["time"].Rows[0]["ta"].ToString();  //读取xml文件数据
ds.Tables["time"].Rows[0]["ta"] = "ta_new";
ds.WriteXml(basepath + @"\config.xml");  //将新数据写入xml文件

config.xml文件如下：
