My requirements of a CHM Viewer program include:

1. Be able to read .chm file (of course)
2. Good looking
3. Support non-English language
4. Still under development since by time new Ubuntu version releases, so it may have some bugs when we upgrades our systems.

该作者从xCHM，E-Book reader，CHM Viewer，Chmsee，KchmViewer中推荐了 KChmViewer，但是我最近发现ChmSee的开发非常活跃，最新版本的ChmSee（2011-07-16更新）已经比KChmViewer好很多了，所以我推荐ChmSee。

ChmSee从ubuntu software center直接安装就可以了。注意第一次读中文chm的时候要选一下编码。

How to install KChmViewer:
sudo aptitude install kchmviewer
