无法创建站点ArcGIS Server 10.6站点

报错内容：Please check your firewall and security settings. For more information, see the ArcGIS Server help topic Ports used by ArcGIS Server. You can access this topic in the table of contents by navigating to Administering ArcGIS Server > Securing your ArcGIS Server site > Configuring a secure environment for ArcGIS Server.

 

排查一：首先，防火墙问题？ 我关闭了防火墙，还报错。

排查二：

这可能与为运行ArcGIS Server服务的用户启用了TLS版本有关。可能值得尝试以下方法：

1）按住Shift并右键单击Internet Explorer图标，然后选择“以其他帐户运行”。输入运行ArcGIS Server的帐户。

2）进入“ Internet选项”>“高级”，并确认同时选中了TLS 1.1和TLS 1.2（位于列表底部）

3）重新启动ArcGIS Server服务，然后尝试再次创建站点
