 问题描述：sqlplus / as sysdba连接oracle时显示错误如下： 

C:\Users\Administrator>sqlplus / as sysdba

ORA-12546: TNS: 权限被拒绝

 原因描述：是由于sqlnet.ora里面的信息不全 

 
 解决方法：数据库所在的服务器重启 

 
 注： 

 
 （1）错误时的sqlnet.ora
