FileTest.class.getClassLoader().getResource("file/1.txt").getPath();
        String xsdpath =FileTest.class.getClassLoader().getResource("file/1.txt").getPath(); 
        System.out.println(xsdpath);
        File file = new File(xsdpath);
        System.out.println(file.getPath());
    System.out.println(file.isFile());

运行结果：

/D:/tool/myeclipse/Workspaces1/ZTest/bin/file/1.txt
D:\tool\myeclipse\Workspaces1\ZTest\bin\file\1.txt
true
