解决 mac OSX pip OSError: [Errno 1] Operation not permitted

Macbook   执行pip install 的时候经常爆出如下错误：

终极解决方案：

$ pip install --upgrade pip
$ sudo pip install --user numpy --upgrade --ignore-installed

Mac 系统 python pip install 后一直找不到模块：

利用一下命令：sudo -H python -m pip install colorlog

如果你通过 homebrew 安装的 python，记得将 homebrew 下的 site-packages 路径加进去
