 raw.githubusercontent.com 具有ipv6地址，超时情况可能是由于本机没有正确配置ipv6.

笔者情况为，本机具有ipv6地址，但是还为配置好无法访问外网，ping6 google.com 超时.

应用 wget raw.githubusercontent.com，默认了ipv6路径导致超时。

解法方法先关闭ipv6，wget 走ipv4，后续再开启ipv6即可。

关闭方法：

编辑sysctl文件 

vim /etc/sysctl.conf

插入一下文本

net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6=1

net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6=1

net.ipv6.conf.lo.disable_ipv6=1

启动

sudo sysctl -p /etc/sysctl.conf

开启ipv6

重复操作，1变成0
