Right click to “Show Package Contents”

go to this path right here

Open Terminal input "chmod +x " and enter
-
Input "chmod -x " again,click and drag MIDIPLUS minicontrol to Terminal area ,ENTER
You’ll see the icon look like this:

Now you can click the App and it will open
