LR9系列安装报错解决（Setup has determined that a previous installation has not completed.）

在一个windows7系统中装HP LoadRunner 9.10，出现了下列三种问题：

1、点击安装后提示“Setup has determined that a previous installation has not completed. You should restart the system in order to complete this process.”

解决方法：

1） 搜索C盘，找到“Prereq_Mgr.HP_LoadRunner_9.10.log”文件，这个文件记录着不能安装的原因。

我的这个日志文件记录如下：

INFO: (IsRebootRequired) The registry value [PendingFileRenameOperations] exists under [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager] and cannot be ignored

2）删除注册表项（如果要操作注册表，最好要把注册表备份好，防止误操作）

把注册表HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager下的项PendingFileRenameOperations删除。

2、在安装过程中出现问题提示"Command line option syntax error. Type Command/? for Help“。

解决方法：

原因是loadrunner安装程序存放的文件夹名使用的是中文，修改成英文，问题就解决了。

3、在进行破解时，输入LoadRunner9.1注册码后出现问题，出现以下提示“Cannot save the license information because access to the registry is denied.Please provide the current user with write permission for the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINEregisrty key.The detailed instructions can be found in the Readme file”

解决方法：

由于windows7及vista都增加了系统的安全性，运行Loadrunner时，点击鼠标右键，选择“以管理员身份运行”即可。
