可能性1:没有引入数据源
 在applicationContext.xml添加数据源   (请根据自己的项目引用)

<context:property-placeholder location="classpath:db.properties"/>

可能性2：引入了数据源但是找不到文件

 这个问题目前我只在idea中遇到,myEclipse中没出现过。

找到项目的资源文件(resources),查看是否是这种图标

如果不是则在文件上右键→ Mark Dirextory as

将文件属性设置为 Resources Root 后重新编译项目重试(我这边已经改过了，所以在上面看不到有Resources Root属性)
