最近在使用python安装scikit-surprise时，使用命令 pip install scikit-surprise 出现下面错误。

是由于网络的问题，所以需要使用并且信任国内的镜像源来加速,比如豆瓣源，阿里源等,更多源地址见下载链接。
改为命令
pip install scikit-surprise -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
