install taverna server + emboss + soaplab2

1. install taverna server following official install guide

2. download emboss and install

3. download soaplab2:

cd unzippd dir;

cp ./src/etc/config/soaplab.properties.template  soaplab.properties

uncomment: emboss and change setting accroding to your system

cp build.properties.template build.properties

uncomment: typedinterface.enable = true

and change other settings;
