一、读取文件元数据

(1)、函数功能：获取文件元数据

注意：stat和lstat不同之处在于如果是link文件，stat获取的是link文件信息，lstat获取的是link文件指向文件的信息

stat结构体定义：

               time_t    st_mtime;   /* time of last modification */
               time_t    st_ctime;   /* time of last status change */

(3)、返回值：成功返回0，失败返回-1
