基于Python的智能推荐算法的全屋定制平台网站设计（毕设源码+文档）

背景

在消费升级背景下，全屋定制因满足个性化居住需求成为家居行业主流趋势，但行业现存诸多痛点：用户面对海量板材、风格、户型方案选择困难，易陷入“选择焦虑”；设计师与用户沟通成本高，需反复修改方案才能匹配需求；商家难以精准捕捉用户偏好，营销转化效率低。Python语言凭借其丰富的机器学习库（如Scikit-learn、Surprise）、高效的数据处理能力及灵活的算法部署优势，成为构建智能推荐系统的核心技术支撑。为此，本课题研发“基于Python智能推荐算法的全屋定制平台网站”，打造集需求匹配、智能推荐、方案交互、交易管理于一体的数字化平台，重构全屋定制服务链路。
平台以Python为核心开发语言，采用“前端交互+后端服务+算法引擎”的三层架构。前端基于React框架构建沉浸式交互界面，支持3D户型预览与方案可视化编辑；后端通过Django框架搭建稳定服务，负责用户信息管理、订单处理及数据交互；算法层是平台核心，基于Python机器学习库构建多维度推荐模型，实现精准需求匹配。数据存储采用“MySQL+MongoDB+Redis”组合方案：MySQL存储用户基本信息、订单数据、产品参数等结构化内容；MongoDB存储户型图、方案设计稿等非结构化数据；Redis缓存用户行为数据与热门推荐结果，提升平台响应速度。
平台核心功能围绕“用户需求-智能推荐-方案优化-交易履约”全流程设计，凸显Python推荐算法优势：其一，精准需求采集模块，通过问卷调研、户型上传、风格偏好选择等多维度收集用户需求，Python脚本自动对需求数据进行特征提取与量化处理，生成用户画像标签；其二，多算法融合推荐模块，采用“协同过滤+内容推荐+深度学习”混合算法：基于协同过滤算法挖掘相似用户的定制偏好，内容推荐算法根据用户画像匹配产品与风格，深度学习模型（如CNN）分析户型图特征推荐适配方案，最终通过Python加权算法输出个性化推荐结果；其三，3D可视化方案交互模块，用户可基于推荐方案进行在线修改，平台通过Python对接3D渲染引擎，实时生成修改后的户型效果，支持VR沉浸式预览；其四，设计师精准对接模块，算法根据用户需求与设计师擅长风格、过往案例进行智能匹配，减少沟通成本；其五，全流程服务管理模块，支持在线报价、合同签署、进度查询，Python数据分析工具自动跟踪订单状态，为用户与商家推送实时提醒，同时生成消费行为报表助力商家优化产品策略。
该平台通过Python智能推荐算法打破全屋定制行业的信息壁垒，一方面帮助用户快速找到匹配需求的定制方案，降低决策成本；另一方面助力设计师提升方案对接效率，帮助商家精准触达目标客户，提升营销转化。平台对推动全屋定制行业数字化转型、重构家居消费服务模式、提升行业整体服务效率具有重要的实用价值与市场意义。
