pip install buildbot
pip install buildbot-www
pip install buildbot-grid_view
pip install buildbot-waterfall_view
pip install buildbot-console_view
pip install buildbot-worker
pip install setuptools-trial
上面安装好后创建一个文件夹BuildDirectory，cd到BuildDirectory，复制master.cfg.sample命名为master.cfg文件
cd \BuildDirectory\master
buildbot checkconfig master.cfg
最后出现如下：
Config file is good!，说明配置文件没有问题。
cd \BuildDirectory
执行buildbot start master启动
用chrome登陆http://localhost:8010/
