MongoDB在windows下的安装与基本配置

1. download mongodb archive files

 

2.Extract the archive to C:\ 

 

3.Move the MongoDB directory to  C:\mongodb directory:

 

4. MongoDB requires a data folder to store its files. 

The default location for the MongoDB data directory is C:\data\db. 

 

5.start MongoDB:

C:\mongodb\bin\mongod.exe

or use specify data path:

C:\mongodb\bin\mongod.exe --dbpath d:\test\mongodb\data

 

6.Connect to MongoDB:

C:\mongodb\bin\mongo.exe

 

configure log

----------------

1. specific directory for MongoDB log files:

ex:  C:\mongodb\log

2. Create a configuration file for the logpath option for MongoDB 

echo logpath=C:\mongodb\log\mongo.log > C:\mongodb\mongod.cfg

 

 

Install and Run the MongoDB Service

------------------------------------

1. install service:

C:\mongodb\bin\mongod.exe --config C:\mongodb\mongod.cfg --install

2. start service:

net start MongoDB

(3). stop service:

net stop MongoDB

(4). remove service:

C:\mongodb\bin\mongod.exe --remove
