QCAR initialization error .unabel to contact server. please try again later

According to Qualcomm, the QCAR SDK now supports all android Eclair, Froyo, Gingerbread, and Honeycomb devices.

I found this thread, which lists four sanity checks:

1. Is your device connected to a wifi network with an internet connection?
2. Can you load a webpage using the Browser app?
3. Can you load an webpage at an https address?
4. Is the date and time on your device are set correctly?

大概意思是：

1.手机有没有联网联网？

2.手机浏览器能打开网页吗？

3.能加载一个https的网页吗？

4.手机的时间是否正确？
