通过配置避免模糊查询 Like

某些SQL 语句使用 like 关键字，导致不会使用索引，此时查询效率低。

Siebel OOTB的BC UP可以避免使用模糊查询,感觉这个很有用。

Name： Disable Automatic Trailing Wildcard Field List
Value：字段名字，逗号分隔
也可以在组件级别关掉。
