I always run this:

 export PKG_CONFIG_PATH="$PKG_CONFIG_PATH:/usr/local/lib/pkgconfig"

Before start the webrtc2sip compilation process.

hope u have installed doubango in your system before installing webrtc2sip...

try this 

export PKG_CONFIG_PATH="$PKG_CONFIG_ PATH:/usr/local/lib/" or if you have installed doubango in non-default directory then try PKG_CONFIG_PATH="$PKG_ CONFIG_PATH:$prefix/lib/"
