一、正常安装
1、新开VPSd的服务
2、调整VPS资源
3、再安装MySQL5

二、遇到错误
1、新开VPS的服务
2、安装MySQL5
 rpm -ivh MySQL-server-community-5.0.41-0.rhel4.i386.rpm
2、安装MySQL5--失败
提示：Starting MySQL./etc/init.d/mysql: line 159: kill: (30377) - No such process
 ERROR!
3、查看VPS资源情况
资源耗尽提示：privvmpages：The size of private (or potentially private) memory allocated by an application. The memory that is always shared among different applications is not included in this resource parameter
4、调整VPS资源privvmpages
5、卸载MySQL5
rpm -e MySQL-server-community
6、删除var/lib/MySQL--删除应用实例
1）cd /var/lib
2）rm -rdf mysql/
6、重新启动
reboot
7、安装MySQL5--成功
Starting MySQL. SUCCESS!
