Sometimes the author of a document will receive a message from SharePoint when saving with desktop version of Office:
Sorry, something went wrong
The file "..." is locked for shared use by "..."
No one else is editing the document and the document library doesn't require check in or out. This was reported to Microsoft OneDrive team but didn't seem to be attended.
After some research, it turned out the following change worked:
Run regedit
open HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WebClient\Parameters
Manually edit key "SupportLocking" and change from 1 to 0
Exit regedit
作者使用Office桌面版在SharePoint保存文件时,遇到文件被锁定的错误提示,即便无人编辑且文档库无需签入签出。向微软OneDrive团队反馈未获处理,经研究,通过修改注册表中HKLM\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\WebClient\\Parameters下的“SupportLocking”键值从1到0可解决问题。
