ORA-16038: log 1 sequence# 51 cannot be archived
ORA-19809: limit exceeded for recovery files
ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1:
'F:ORACLEPRODUCT10.2.0ORADATAORAWINREDO01.LOG'

方案：

SQL> alter database clear unarchived logfile group 1;
Database altered.
SQL> alter database open;
Database altered.
SQL>

DG：
现象：
Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/admin/oratest/bdump/oratest_arc0_29973.trc:
ORA-16038: log 4 sequence# 73 cannot be archived
ORA-16040: standby destination archive log file is locked
ORA-00312: online log 4 thread 1: '/u01/app/oracle/oradata/oratest/standbyredo01.log'

解决方案：

SQL> alter database recover managed standby database cancel;
SQL> alter database clear unarchived logfile group 4;
SQL> alter database recover managed standby database disconnect from session;
