SVN E200030: There are unfinished transactions detected

今天SVN提交代码的时候遇到这个问题，如下，

SVN  E200030: There are unfinished transactions detected

解决办法：

1. 当前Project ==> Team ==>Cleanup，清理SVN。
2. 重启eclipse。
