Timer	Start	Stop	At expiry
T350	Upon entering RRC_IDLE if t350 has been received inwlan-OffloadInfo.	Upon entering RRC_CONNECTED, or upon cellreselection.	Perform the actions specified in5.6.12.4.

5.6.12.4   T350 expiry or stop

The UE shall:

1>  if T350expires or is stopped://T350超时或停止

2>  releasethewlan-OffloadConfigDedicatedandt350;       //释放掉wlan-offload配置，也就是说RRCConnectionReconfiguration中的WLAN信息只在T350内有效

2>  if thewlan-OffloadConfigCommon corresponding to theRPLMN is broadcast by the cell:

//如果wlan-OffloadConfigCommon信息对应的是RPLMN(可能配置多个PLMN的）

3>  apply thewlan-OffloadConfigCommoncorresponding to the RPLMN included inSystemInformationBlockType17;

//那么使用RPLMN下发的SIB17小中的配置参数
