今天新下的项目，用maven install ，总是报找不到插件，
在网上查了下，发现http://maven.oschina.net/content/groups/public这个已经不能用了（oschina已经关闭）
最后换了个镜像，问题解决，记录一下。
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/
浪费我 一天半的时间。。。。
