报错信息：
[INS-40414] The installer has detected an unused Oracle Cluster Registry (OCR) location pointer file (/etc/oracle/ocr.loc) on the system.

[INS-40414] 安装程序检测到系统上有未使用的 Oracle 集群注册表 (OCR) 位置指针文件 (/etc/oracle/ocr.loc)

解决：
删除/etc/oracle/ocr.loc文件即可

[root@pdb1 bin]# cd /etc/oracle
[root@pdb1 oracle]# more ocr.loc
ocrconfig_loc=+OCR
local_only=FALSE
