STARTTLS发送邮件

• 配置参数

vim /etc/mail.rc
set from=xxxx@163.com
set smtp=smtps://smtp.163.com:465
set smtp-auth-user=xxxx@163.com
set smtp-auth-password=123456
set smtp-auth=login
set smtp-user-starttls
set ssl-verify=ignore
set nss-config-dir=/root/.certs

xxxx 表示用户，smtp-auth-password设置自己的用户密码

• 安装证书
