LiveCD好象是不带有中文输入法的，必须在安装完系统后另行安装。我用拼音输入法，所以安装scim-pinyin。
安装后打开gedit，要想输入中文必须先点击鼠标右键，选择Input Method --> SCIM Input Method, 然后才可以用快捷键切换输入法。

但是firefox的输入框，包括地址栏以及页面中的输入框中点击鼠标右键不出现Input Method的菜单项，所以无法切换到中文输入。解决方法如下：

安装scim-pinyin后，在命令行中输入im-switch -c，出现如下提示：

输入8回车。重启系统后缺省的就是智能拼音输入法了。
