1、IDEA External libraries 不显示Maven中引入的repository：reimport即可

严重: Error configuring application listener of class org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.springframework.web.context.ContextLoaderListener

需要设置的几处地方为：  Window->Preferences->General ->Content Type->Text->JSP 最下面设置为UTF-8   选择Text->Javascript，将下面的Default Encoding改为utf-8 ；  Window->Preferences->General->Workspace   面板Text file encoding
