Spring2.5.6+Struts2.1.6+Hibernate3.2升级到Spring3.1.3+Struts2.3.4+Hibernate3.6Final

1. Struts2.3.4相对于Struts2.0，xwork包里没有了TestUtil这个类。也无法像以前的版本一样引入xwork2.0的包即可解决，具体解决方案，试验中。
2. Struts2.3.4引入之后，struts.xml必须修改头部为：

3. Spring升级为3之后，spring的配置文件，bean.xml或者是applicationContext.xml必须升级为：

4. 不能引入slf4j-log4j12-1.6.1，只需要log4j-over-slf4j-1.6.1，slf4j-api-1.6.1，slf4j-nop-1.6.1
5. HibernateTemplate的execute()方法不再是2个参数，而是一个参数。
