windows server2008R2 .netcore2.1 安装问题处理

安装dotnet-hosting-2.1.13-win.exe 和 dotnet-sdk-2.1.509-win-x64.exe

错误：  sfx_64.cab has an invalid digital signature

处理：下载证书“microsoft root certificate authority 2010.cer”，“microsoft root certificate authority 2011.cer”

           打开控制台，文件→添加/删除管理单元 (Ctrl+M)

           选择证书 → 添加 → 计算机账户

           回到控制台主窗口，依次展开：证书 → 受信任的根证书颁发机构 → 证书，单击更多操作的小箭头，选择所有任务 → 导入；接下来选择步骤1中下载好的cer证书文件，然后一直点击下一步，导入成功

           两个证书都导入后，重新安装dotnet-sdk-2.1.509-win-x64.exe

运行验证：cmd-->dotnet --version 

错误：无法启动此程序，因为计算机中丢失api-ms-win-crt-runtime-1-1-0.dll。尝试重新安装该程序以解决此问题

处理：安装vc_redist.x64.rar 按照按照系统选择不同的版本 

错误：Failed to load the hostfxr.dll

处理：安装系统补丁：Windows6.1-KB2533623-x64.msu  Windows6.1-KB2999226-x64.msu  Windows6.1-KB3118401-x64.msu
