The both problems are from the over self-dialog while the developers keeps a strong enthusiasm toward their tasks so that it has made them not aware that they are still in their own mind. The engineers who have this tendency are all with strong skills so all technologists may try to unleash their technical ability at their best. This over enthusiasm leads them to be ignorant of the actual problem scope.
Anyway, the most advanced skills are from a peaceful heart with a cool & objective view.
