Vs2005 新建Web项目时对Global的处理

VS2005发布Web项目时没有Global所有做以下处理

将 Global.asax 以及代码分开，  

Global.asax 只包含一句：  
<%@ Application Inherits="Global" Language="C#" %>  

另外：  
Global.asax.cs 放在 App_Code 目录下：
