解决有关"Source File: c:/windows/microsoft.net/framework/v1.1.4322/Config/machine.config Line: 198"错误的问题

  

错误信息如下：

对于“Parser Error Message: Access is denied: 'DataAccess'.”，每次提示有可单引号里的内容不一样，所以，不应该根据这个提示来找解决这个问题的办法。

解决方法：打开服务，如下图所示  

 

 

  

找到“Indexing Service”，先将其停掉，再将其Disabled掉，如图



问题解决。
